The Brighton Lodge offers a continental breakfast, large outdoor Jacuzzi, common area with fireplace and microwave, and a big screen TV/VCR (in common area) with each room. All rooms are equipped with refrigerators, except hostels. Brighton also offers three slopeside dining choices. The Alpine Rose provides cafeteria-style dining, while Molly Green’s is a full-service private club (membership easily attained at front desk of lodge). And the Brighton Chalet is a good place to grab a quick bite while skiing Mt. Millicent.
Brighton’s offers several slopeside restaurants that serve a variety of cuisine. The informal Alpine Rose cafeteria serves a big breakfast menu as well as cafeteria-style lunch and dinner. The outdoor sundeck at Alpine Rose often serves tasty barbeque (weather permitting) and allows visitors to enjoy the assortment of food while soaking in the sun at the base of the mountain.
Across the mountain base from Alpine Rose is Molly Greens Restaurant & Bar, a great place for a sit-down lunch, a few drinks or a relaxing dinner with table service by the fireplace. Molly Greens is a private club but becoming a member is quite easy, simply inquire at the lodge.
Situated at the base of Mt. Millicent, the Brighton Chalet is a perfect place to grab a quick snack in the middle or at the end of your ski day. The Chalet also offers a soothing sundeck to enjoy your meal. |
