Solitude offers a wide variety of dining options ranging from quick slopeside stops serving burgers and pizza, a family-friendly day lodge serving cafeteria-style lunch, to fine fireside dining, or cross-country ski to the Yurt for a gourmet adventure.
Creekside
Located in the heart of the Village, Creekside features fine dining with family-friendly entrees. Enjoy seasonal influenced menus offering wood-burning pizzas, creative pastas, plentiful salads and unique appetizers. The large sundeck offers great views of the slopes and provides a festive apre-ski atmosphere.
The Yurt
Those with an adventurous gourmet spirit will enjoy the West’s most unique dining experience. Follow a guide through snow-covered evergreens on cross-country skis or snowshoes to this secluded Mongolian yurt. Watch the chef prepare your five-course gourmet dinner. Reservations required.
St. Bernard’s
Located at The Inn, St. Bernard’s offers an intimate fine dining ambience complete with fireside seating. Enjoy a hearty skier’s breakfast, après ski specialties and fine dining. St. Bernard’s is a Wine Spectator’s “Award of Excellence” recipient. Reservations recommended.
Last Chance Mining Camp
Located at the base of the mountain, this day-lodge is a convenient stop for lunch seven days a week. Cafeteria-style dining includes hearty soups, chili, burgers, fries, salad bar, baked goods, breakfast and daily specials.
Sunshine Grill
Relax on the sundeck for lunch or a quick snack. Sunshine Grill is located mid-mountain and is open Wednesday through Sunday.
Thirsty Squirrel
The place to be after a day out on the mountain. Enjoy a variety of refreshing beverages and appetizers in this rustic lounge located in the Powderhorn Lodge.
Stone Haus
Located in the center of Solitude Village, Stone Haus offers Haagan Daz ice cream and other snacks. Specialty clothing and sundries are also available. |
